If there was ever a time in recent history for men to stand up and be who we are called to be in Jesus, it is now. Our families, churches and society are in need of men who will be spiritual leaders. For that reason, we are asking the men of CCV to join with us in seeking the Lord concerning His call to Godly Discipline. Beginning in September we are going to read together as the men in this Church the classic book by R. Kent Hughes entitled "Disciplines of a Godly Man." The book is put together in short, insightful, thought provoking chapters. Along with reading the book, we are going to form weekly discussion and encouragement groups for each man to be involved in. The purpose of the group is to pray, discuss and share together concerning how the Lord is speaking to our hearts in these three areas of our calling to be Men of Gody Discipline.
